Expected amendments to the Social Insurance Law in 2019

This is the content mentioned in Resolution 137/NQ-CP on the Government’s Action Program to implement Resolution 21-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 on population work in the new situation.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, based on its assigned functions and tasks, will research, develop and submit to the National Assembly a project to amend and supplement (amend) the Law on Social Insurance in 2019.

The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs presides over and coordinates with relevant ministries and branches to amend and supplement the Labor Code.
