New regulations on 24 indicators for building green growth urban areas
On January 5, 2018, the Ministry of Construction issued Circular 01/2018/TT-BXD regulating targets for green growth urban construction.
Accordingly, the indicators for building green growth urban areas are divided into 4 groups (24 indicators) as follows:
- Group of 05 economic indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of economic growth in the use of energy and natural resources in construction investment and urban development;
- Group of 10 environmental indicators to evaluate the quality of the environment and urban landscape, the level of application of solutions for economical use, energy efficiency, environmental protection… in urban development;
– Group of 04 social indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of improving the quality and living conditions of urban people;
– Group of 05 institutional indicators to evaluate the management, direction and administration of urban authorities for the construction of green growth urban areas.
