50% reduction in business registration fees

This is the featured content at Circular 130/2017/TT-BTC Amending and supplementing Circular 215/2016/TT-BTC on collection rates, collection, payment, management and use of fees for providing business information and business registration fees.
Specifically, some new fee levels are prescribed as follows:
– For business establishment registration, changing business registration content, re-issuance of Business Registration Certificate: 100,000 VND/file (reduced 100,000 VND/file).
– For new issuance, re-issuance, change of content of Certificate of registration of branch, representative office, business location of the enterprise: 50,000 VND/file (reduced 50,000 VND/file)
The fee for providing business information by account from 125 copies/month or more: reduced to 4,500,000 VND (reduced 500,000 VND).
In addition, Circular 130/2017/TT-BTC (effective from January 20, 2018) adds an additional subject exempted from business registration fees, which is small and medium-sized enterprises converted from business households.
