New regulations on business establishment registration procedures
On December 27, 2017, the Government issued Resolution 136/NQ-CP on simplifying administrative procedures and citizen documents related to population management within the scope of state management functions of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

Accordingly, business establishment registration will have changes in the composition of documents and content of application forms and declarations in the near future. Specifically:
– Regarding dossier components:
Abolish the application component “Copy of ID card, ID card, passport or other legal documents” when carrying out business establishment registration procedures.
– Regarding application forms and declarations:
+ Replace the regulations on “permanent residence address, nationality, ID card number, ID card, passport or other legal personal identification” to “personal identification number” in the content of the Application and Business Registration Certificate.
+ Replace information about citizens and Citizen Identification in document forms, applications, declarations… to register to establish a business with information: “surname, middle name and birth name; personal identification number”.
