1) Decree No. 72/2026/ND-CP dated March 9, 2026, of the Government on amending the preferential import tax rates for gasoline, diesel, and raw materials for gasoline and diesel production in the Preferential Import Tariff Schedule attached to Decree No. 26/2023/ND-CP on the Export Tariff Schedule, the Preferential Import Tariff Schedule, the List of Goods, and the rates of ad valorem tax, mixed tax, and import duties outside the tariff quota.
