JOB DESCRIPTION
– Legal consulting services for domestic and foreign-invested enterprises.
– Consulting on investment procedures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects/businesses.
– Consulting on business restructuring and reorganization.
– Consulting on the preparation and approval of investment projects.
– Consulting on procedures for obtaining conditional business licenses (sub-licenses) and other legal procedures for businesses.
– Legal consulting on intellectual property, copyright, and franchising.
– Consulting, reviewing, and drafting business, commercial, and civil contracts.
– Consulting and assisting in dispute resolution and litigation.
– Other legal practice activities.

REQUIREMENT
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, holding a lawyer’s license or having completed a Judicial Academy course.
– At least 3 years of professional experience in the recruitment field.
