Preparing to develop a series of legal documents in 2018

On December 28, 2017, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision 4867/QD-BCT on the Program for developing legal documents in 2018.

According to the program, in 2018, the Ministry of Industry and Trade will preside over the development of 08 Decrees, 39 Circulars and 01 Decision of the Prime Minister; For example:

• The Decree details and guides the implementation of a number of articles of the Competition Law;
• Decree amending and supplementing Decree 71/2014/ND-CP on handling violations of law in the field of competition;
• Circular guiding the implementation of Product Specific Rules within the framework of the EAEU FTA Agreement;
• The Circular stipulates pilot classification of businesses in procedures for granting preferential Certificates of Origin;
• Circular guiding the process of inspection and verification of goods origin…

The units in charge of developing documents must comply with the submission time as prescribed in the attached Appendix.
