Tue Vinh APTlaw Law Firm is hiring 3 staff members for the positions of Attorney and Legal Consultant to work at 34T Hoang Dao Thuy Building, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi. Details are as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Provide legal advice on domestic and foreign-invested enterprises.
– Advising on investment procedures and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of projects/businesses.
– Restructuring and reorganization consulting.
– Consulting on the preparation and approval of investment projects.
– Consulting on procedures for obtaining various types of conditional business licenses (sub-licenses) and legal procedures for businesses.
– Legal consulting on intellectual property (IP), copyright, and franchising.
– Consulting, reviewing, and drafting business, commercial, and civil contracts.
– Consultation, support in dispute resolution, and representation in litigation.
– Other legal practice activities.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, with a valid attorney’s license or completion of the Judicial Academy.
– A desire to practice law and commit to a long-term career.
– At least 3 years of professional experience in the relevant fields for the Legal Consultant position, and 5 years for the Attorney position.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
– Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, is meticulous, proactive, team-oriented, adaptable, and compliant, with the ability to handle work pressure.
– Teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks according to established procedures.
– Proficient in using office software and AI.
